Baby Shaw's Baby Shower

Baby Shaw's Baby Shower was unashamedly kitsch! Complete with little feathered birds, bird cages, nests and eggs. We had a lovely afternoon tea with friends and set up the table with vintage china (all of which I am surprised to say.. came out of my own cupboard - if you need a collection of cake plates, tea cups etc feel free to hire mine!) Lots of yummy things were consumed and many thanks to friends who took on the task of baking. Over the table hung a centrepiece of branches with vines, flowers and birds, and a swag of greenery was pinned all the way round the table. It was lots of fun creating flowers for a slightly different occasion and being able to let loose with colour and imagination. We are expecting our little girl any day now!

Vintage Glamour | Daylesford, Victoria

Mary's bouquet of David Austins, Cymbidium Orchids, Lily of the Valley, Andromeda and Dusty Miller
Mary made her own Wedding dress and it was just stunning!
Church Floral Arrangements

Mary had been collecting vintage silver tea sets for months! These were used as the table centres, the teapots held the flowers.

Rustic Vintage Wedding | Albert River Wines

Aimee and Nic were wed at Albert River Wines, with special thanks to Josie Richardson  for the lovely professional photos which capture Aimee and Nic's day to perfection!

The lolly and desert table at Aimee and Nic's wedding was just to die for!!! Katy from Hummingbird Vintage Hire did a splendid job of setting the table up, and of course Ballinger&Shaw provided the flowers! The floral garland swagged around the table was just beautiful and little bottles and jars of petite flowers were interspersed throughout.
An eclectic mix of vintage containers were used to create the table centres; jars, mercury glass, pots, bottles...
